Please be advvised that if your order is not picked up by the time arranged by you (the customer), or outside of the bakery-advised pick up time (between 12p-1p on saturdays unless otherwise stated by the bakery), that the order will automatically become a porch pick-up for the consideration of the owner/operators time. SugarStudio316 LLC is not liable for any damages to the product if/when the products become porch pick up. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
*Each item is hand-made from scratch with love to order, to ensure absolute freshness.
*To guarantee a completed product by the date requested, all orders must be paid in advance & IN FULL prior to being worked. Orders are not confirmed without full payment of product. Payment plans and/or partial are not accepted and will not guarantee product.
*Orders must be placed at LEAST 7 days in advance or immediate rush charge of $30 will be added to final total.
*If orders are changed within 7 days of being due, this will result in an immediate rush fee of $30, as it would be a form of cancelling the order and rebooking it for the same due date.

*Please be advised that if your order date is modified to an earlier due date than originally requested and it is also within 7 days of it being due, there will be a rush fee charged for this change.
*Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse service.
*If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your product, we do ask that you let us know directly so that we can make it right for you! There may be an instance where you are asked to bring the product back so that we can see if something went wrong in the baking process. If we deem something wrong with the product and we are at fault, we will replace the item at no charge.
*If something happens to the item you purchased from us and we are not at fault, then the item will not be replaced nor will it be refunded.
*As all orders are custom specific to each customer, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final.
